Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The purpose of us collecting your name, phone number, email address, profile URL, or profile picture is to help and assist in creating your account on our website and in which you may use that third-party platform to login to our website quickly and efficiently. You have access to all this information and can edit or delete your information at any time by selectively deleting your information or deleting your account entirely. If you have any problems with deleting your account, you may contact us at office@socobaseballclub.com or call us at our post phone number to delete this information for you at any time. This information is processed and collected with our 256bit encrypted and secured certificate authority.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
When creating an account, your account will be put into a pending status until we have verified your identify you as a member of one of our baseball teams. If you are not verified then all your encrypted information is deleted from our servers. If you are verified then your information is secured and encrypted on our servers for your use to login to our website.
